Steps to Becoming a Christian

Jesus said that it is a person’s spirit that must be born again. This miracle, by the Holy Spirit, will happen within you the moment you call on Jesus to be your personal Lord and Savior. Friend, God is now offering you a new life, and an eternal home in Heaven with Him. These are the easy steps to follow. It's as easy as A, B, C.

​Acknowledge that you are a sinner, separated from God, and in need of salvation. (For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. Romans 3:23)



​Believe that Jesus Christ, the Son of God, died for your sins and rose again from the dead. (But God demonstrates His love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:8)



​Confess (say) with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord!” (If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9)

Pray this Prayer from your heart . . .

“Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner and that there is nothing I can do to save myself from eternal separation from You. I believe Your Son Jesus died on the cross in my place. I turn from my sins and turn to You for my salvation. I invite You to come in my life like You promised, causing me to become the person You created me to be in the first place. Amen.”
